With a 22+ year successful background in developing and guiding leading-edge
technology companies, Mr. Kanno brings knowledge and skills in management,
marketing, engineering, and enterprise application sales with a focus
in the telecommunications and wireless sectors.
Prior to joining the iPackets International team,
Mr. Kanno was the President and CEO, and a major investor in wireless
software startup L3 Technology, Inc., which specialized in providing
wireless optimization software solutions to the enterprise and
mobile network operators. From 1988 to 1999, Mr. Kanno was the
founder, President and CEO of EXL Information Corp., a provider
of billing and customer care software solutions to competitive
local exchange carriers, inter-exchange carriers, and long distance
providers. Mr. Kanno sold EXL to Los Angeles-based OAN Services,
a premium provider of specialized billing services and clearinghouse.
OAN was a former subsidiary of EDS. Mr. Kanno also had a successful
tenure at Boston-based Prime Computer, Inc., which included technical
positions. Mr. Kanno holds a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science
from Simon Fraser University, Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada.

With more than two decades of experience in the software industry, Mr.
Goodarzi has several years of hands-on experience in both software development
and project engineering management. With his extensive experience, Mr.
Goodarzi is highly regarded as an expert with mobile and wireless software
technologies.
Prior to joining the iPackets team, he worked
for Nokia directing all quality activities of one of Nokia’s largest
development teams involved in CDMA platform development and ensured adherence
to processes based on ISO and CMMI standards. Prior to that, as software
manager, project manager and technical lead, Kouros has contributed
to many small and medium sized entrepreneurial companies through successfully
delivering projects and programs on time and on budget. These companies
include Holley Communications Canada (previously Philips Semiconductor),
L3 Technology, and Avcan Systems (now Optimal Geomatics).
With a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and a Masters degree
in Computer Engineering, Mr. Goodarzi has established a solid educational
background that is complimented by many courses and trainings. Practical
experience, and knowledge of the industry’s standards and best practices
has completed the package providing the overall technical view needed
to supply senior management and investors with visions of the future of
the industry to prepare high-level strategies to target wireless and mobile
markets. He is an active member of the IEEE, IEEE Computer Society, IEEE
Communication Society, chair of the Engineering Management Society chapter
of the Vancouver section, and member of IEEE 1648 Working Group for Establishing
and Managing Software Development Efforts Using Agile Methods.

Mr. Bedrossian brings over 15 years of experience in software engineering
and development life cycle, and software management in wireless telecommunications,
and embedded systems.
Prior to joining iPackets, Mr. Bedrossian was Nokia's Research and Development
Software Project Manager, where he led a team of software engineers to
deliver applications based on the Symbian operating system and Nokia's
S60 platform. Mr. Bedrossian was also actively involved in identifying
and evaluating next generation of messaging technologies, planned to be
introduced for the S60 platform. Prior to that, Mr. Bedrossian was Director
of software engineering with L3 Technology Inc., a provider of wireless
technologies, where he oversaw the development and delivery of several
wireless technologies. Mr. Bedrossian has also held a variety of management
and technical positions with several companies, including co-founding
three software development companies in the mid 1990s.
Mr. Bedrossian holds a B.Sc. in Applied Physics, and is an active member
of the IEEE, and IEEE Computer Society.

As an executive with a significant background in growing start-up companies,
Roland Vetter specializes in technology, manufacturing and mining, with
the skill to highlight opportunities and find innovative solutions to
successfully grow such companies. He has diverse financial and operational
ability at an executive level, including specialist expertise in completing
due diligence, business plans and fund-raising. Historically he has had
hands on expertise in assimilating and rationalizing operations as well
as implementing projects, mergers, acquisitions and disposals. He has
been responsible for risk management, internal controls, Corporate-governance
and in optimizing funding structures including corporate tax planning.
Roland Vetter is a Member of the Canadian and the South African Institute
of Chartered Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor
of Accounting degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa.
Mr. Vetter was the former Group Financial Director Services for the Zimco
Group and a former Chairman of the Anglo American Audit Liaison Committee.
He worked for 12 years for Zimco (part of Anglo American Corporation),
comprised twelve distinct operations involved in manufacturing and mining
with an annual turnover in excess of $300 million. Since immigrating to
Canada in 1998 Roland Vetter has been actively involved in venture capital
and has consulted to start up companies in both the technology and mining
sectors.

As
part of the newly created advisory board, Mr. Liu will keep iPackets up-to-date
with changes or new coal mining legislations, provide iPackets with market
intelligence, and introduce iPackets to major opportunities in the Chinese
mining marketplace.
Mr. Liu is the current Acting Director of the Energy and Safety
Division of the China Coal Information Institute (”CCII”)
which operates under the newly created National Institute for Occupational
Safety based in Beijing. The CCII, established by the Chinese government
in 1959, is a national research organization with over 800 employees,
and plays a leading role in the development of coal industry and occupational
safety. In his current position with the CCII, Mr. Liu provides consulting
services to domestic government agencies, and international organizations
on the coal industry and occupational safety in China.
Mr. Liu holds a masters degree in Coal Preparation and Computer
Application from the China University of Mining and Technologies (Beijing
Campus - 1994). In addition, he holds undergraduate degrees in Industrial
Electrical Automation (Xi'an Jiao Tong University -1989), and in Coal
Mine Electric and Machine (Beijing Mining School - 1985). Mr. Liu is also
a member of China National Coal Association.
