September 14-23, 2006: The creation of the Chinese Joint Venture, Henan, China
iPackets' CEO and management team comprised of iPackets' vice president of engineering and Chief Technology Officer, and managing directors of iPackets China spent more than a week during their trip to China in September of 2006 discussing details of a Letter of Intent with China Coal Information Institute (CCII) and Yong'an Investment Guarantee Co. On September 21, 2006 the three parties signed the completed LOI during an official ceremony held in the Jiaozuo Technology Park head offices. The following pictures are some highlights of that trip.
